Music I listen to
I listen to music from the 80s, 90s and today. My favorite bands and
singers are (in no particular order) The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Heart,
Genesis & Phil Collins, Linda Ronstadt, Madonna, Queen, Rod Stewart, The Stones, U2, John Cougar Mellencamp, Air
Supply, Bon Jovi, Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews, Lenny Kravitz, Enya, and lots more.
Movies I like
I want to be entertained when I see a movie. If I'm not
entertained then I feel cheated, and lately there are a lot of movies like that! I like movies that scare me, freak me out, make me laugh hysterically, or make
me cry hysterically, or inspire awe and astonishment, or keep me on the edge of my seat. But I don't like to be grossed out. I love a good mystery, and
movies with lots of twists and turns and surprise endings. I especially like the ones I can't figure out and am really surprised at the end like The
Others, The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, Scissors, Shattered, Malice, etc.
TV shows I watch
Lately I haven't been watching much TV. We like to rent TV
series from Netflix though. We are now renting the series Rescue Me! from the F/X network. We started watching from the beginning and I think we are almost
done with the series up to the current ones.
Books
Right now I'm reading Sylvia Browne books - many of them
I've read before but I need a refresher course. I also love to read Dr. Wayne Dyer. In fiction I like reading Dean
Koontz, Anne Rice, Robin Cook.

I owned my own Beauty Salons for nearly 25 years before retiring 9 years ago. I then opened a Women's Consignment Boutique called Reflections and had that for about 3 years before selling the biz to another sucker - it was way too much work for the money coming in, but oh so much fun! I then sold on eBay for several years before giving that up too. Now I don't work and spend my days doing whatever I can think of to amuse myself!
